• As the Broker you will have control over the Agents and see what they are actually doing with the leads.
  • Please note; Agents are set up in a round robin. Consumers hitting the site will be directed to different agents. An agent must sign in every 24 hours or they will be off the round robin.
  • If an agent will be away or not have access to the site they can put themselves on Vacation. When they take themselves off of Vacation, they will be back in the round robin.
  • Each lead should be placed in one of a number of categories for ease of follow up.
  • Broker’s Review Area (Backend) will show individual leads, their current zip code, average price of search, how many saved, how many viewed, last time on site, whether they are also sellers, the agent can transfer to another agent in the system, launch an email or change the category the client belongs in.
  • Click on a name and you see where and what the client was looking at. Click on the actual Location town and the property will appear.
